Our Mission

To provide the financial services industry with a best practices, world-class, client-centric curriculum focused on developing sound credit underwriting and value creating skills enabling our banking clients to meet the highest standards demanded by their customers, depositors, employees, regulators, and shareholders. 

Our Curriculum

For over 25 years, Pimley & Pimley has developed in-depth, graduated programs using a case study approach tailored to the specific customer profiles of our banking clients. This approach covers the disciplines of business and credit risk analysis, loan and transaction structuring, corporate finance and value creation, and the theory and practice of derivatives and capital markets products and solutions.

In addition to traditional, one to ten-day classroom training programs, Pimley & Pimley has also developed alternative methods of training delivery, including self-study guides, proficiency tests, and online training. All training is customized to meet the specific needs of our clients, and to ensure that the classroom concepts positively impact their businesses.
